Processing Time
Ready-to-Wear pieces are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Bespoke or custom orders will follow the timeline communicated during your consultation.
Delivery Options
- Lagos Pick-Up: Complimentary pick-up from our studio in Lagos.
- Nationwide Shipping: 2–5 business days once dispatched.
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and customs procedures.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or shared after your bespoke consultation. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each garment is made with precision and care, Praizz Couture does not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke or made-to-order pieces once production has begun.
For Ready-to-Wear items:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- A return authorization must be requested by emailing orders@praizzcouture with your order number.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
